As of 10/2022, standard speaker orders are taking 4-6 weeks to ship.

​All of our products are made to order, which can mean speaker shipping times are somewhat unpredictable.

Custom speaker order (non-standard cabinets, crossovers, paint finishes, etc.) shipping times will be quoted at the time of purchase and may take longer.

Please be patient as we do our best to fulfill every order in our queue.

In the continental U.S., shipping will usually take 2-5 business days once the product leaves our workshop. For international or overseas orders, it usually takes between 7-10 business days.

Depending on your exact location, there may be other possible delays that would also affect shipping times. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping to your location.

60-Day Risk-Free Trial

We are confident that you will love your purchase, but no doubt, having the speakers in your intimate home setting is the only way to truly test them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the speakers within 60 days, subject to the following terms:

  • Returned speakers must be in new condition with no signs of damage or abuse, including scratches, blemishes, chips, cracks, etc.
  • Returns must be made using the original packaging correctly to avoid damage in transit. Contact us for proper packing instructions if needed.
  • Custom loudspeaker projects, special requests, custom paint colors or finishes, and non-standard veneers are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
  • Purchaser pays return shipping costs and is responsible for packaging and all delivery arrangements.

5-Year Warranty

Tekton Design warranties all parts on its loudspeakers for up to 5 years, with the exception of defects due to improper or unreasonable use, accidents, and alterations or modifications, or burnt voice coils.

We include footers with every loudspeaker ordered. They are included in the same boxes your speakers are sent in.

Open the boxes one by one by cutting the tape at the top and lifting the cardboard flaps. You’ll find the footers embedded in the top piece of packing foam under a strip of tape. See the photo below for reference.

Our current business model is strictly direct-to-consumer. While we do attend some audio shows that can provide a chance to hear our speakers in person, we firmly believe that the best way to listen is in your own space. We offer a 60-day risk-free trial so you can return the speakers if you are dissatisfied for any reason.

Grilles are shipped separately from the loudspeakers. As they are made to order and are time-consuming to produce, they may ship at a later date. For questions about when your grilles will arrive, please call or email us.

To request a refund before your order is delivered, please contact us via email at tektondesign@gmail.com or phone at (801) 836-0764. Because our manufacturing process begins shortly after an order is made, we charge a 15% cancellation fee to process refunds.

As of March 2021, we’ve been informed by our supplier that Beryllium tweeter orders will be delayed by several weeks (possibly until early summer) and will affect our ability to fulfill our loudspeaker orders with these parts. Please keep this in mind when ordering any loudspeakers that include Beryllium tweeters and let us know if you have any questions.

In the continental U.S., shipping is included with purchase.

In other U.S. states/territories and countries, we partially cover shipping costs based on comparable rates to the continental U.S. and the customer pays the difference.
